Tackle Twill
At Minnesota T’s we offer a wide variety of tackle twill products and design.
The uniqueness of tackle twill in the design that uses cutouts that are sewn on to your garment. Generally these designs are done in a standard font similar to vinyl. Reverse Appliqué
With reverse appliqué, Minnesota T’s creates intricate designs and stunning engraved photographic images on an unlimited number of garments.
What is Reverse Appliqué?
Reverse appliqué is a technique that involves placing a piece of fabric on the inside of a garment unlike a traditional appliqué, when the fabric is placed on top of the garment. After the embroidery machine sews the outlines and details of the design, the laser cuts the garment fabric precisly where needed to expose the appliqué fabric underneath. The most popular fabrics used for this technique is thermal fabric, t-shirt fabric and sweatshirt fabric.
